Where can I purchase your products?

How do I return something I bought?

Your satisfaction is most important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, and the product is in new condition, just pop it in the mail and we will refund your money when we receive it. Mail it to: Performance Dog Wear LLC, 3965 W. 83rd Street #275, Prairie Village, KS 66208.

What if the product needs an adjustment?

Let us know what needs adjustment and we will be happy to make the alteration. Please send us an email, call us, or send a note with the product with specific instructions. Is the color in the picture the exact color I get when I order?

Colors vary from one monitor to another. We can send you a swatch if you would like to see it before ordering. Just give us a ring and we will put it in the mail right away.

When will I get my coat after I place an order?

Orders are processed within an average of two weeks. How long it takes from there depends on the mail carrier. We are currently using the United States Post Office. In the United States, it usually takes 5 to 6 business days to ship. International locations typically ship in 7 to 10 business days.

Can I change my order?

If your order has been processed, you may return your order if it does not meet your expectations. If you need to change something in the order, just give us a call or send an e-mail.

Do you mail to military addresses APO/FPO?

Yes. Please make sure to enter APO or FPO for the city; AA, AE, AP for the state; and the zip code.

Do you sell to customers overseas?

Yes, we do; however, customer pays all shipping costs.

What if I need help with the measurements?

We are here to help; just give us a call or send an email after you check out our Measurement Guidelines. The most important thing to keep in mind is to use a soft tape measure and make sure your dog or pet is standing on all fours.If measurements are taken while your dog is laying down or sitting down, they will be incorrect.

Can I replace the velcro closure for a different kind of hardware?

Our velcro is of high tensile strength so coat does not come off your dog even if another dog pulls on it. Some customers have requested snaps or buckles instead of velcro. However, they have not been satisfied with the functionality especially when it was a bigger dog and more active.

Can coat design be changed to be more fitted or loose?

Customers who have requested changes in the coat design are not as satisfied with the fit. Our designs and materials function as designed. One design offers more coverage like the Aslan and Britton coats; and another is more fitted like the Archie coat. Each order is cut and sewn individually to fit your dog’s shape.

How come all the materials do not match in color? I like everything to match.

These specialty textiles are difficult to find, especially at a good price. Some only come in one or two colors. The textile industry is making advances with technical fabrics. Hopefully prices and choices will be better in the near future. If being color coordinated is important to you, please let us know so we can discuss your options.
